lets talk about hellsing

well just yesterday i just saw the first eps and they were fuckin cool i fuckin love Arucard he rules and Seras Victoria is also cool, and Integra hellsing is isnt as cool Arucard but hes still cool

They're both based on the Character Van Hellsing who killed Dracula in the story.

Aren't they both based on the book? I'm sure there was a book first before any of the cheesey movies, anime or new uber-cool looking movies with X-Men in.

they both might be based on the book, 'cuz Van Hellsing has Dracula and other weird creatures in it too.

Yes, there both based on Van Helsing, but he never killed Dracula in the story. After actually going and bothering to read the end of it (although I was rather sleepy at the time), and it appears that Dracula is not killed (all of his vampire chicks are), he is simply banished from his tomb, never to return.
