One option is to link to Amazon.com and search Popular Music for terms like "80s", "Eighties", etc.

It will come back with a list of compilation CDs; most will have track lists; some will have music samples.

Another source would be the track lists of soundtrack CDs from well-known movies that were set in the period. "The Breakfast Club" and "Grosse Point Blank" come to mind. I'm sure there are many others.

(however, I like Orgy's cover of it better)

Damn I love that song.
Maybe its because I first heard it in the short film "More", but I really don't know why....
