Oh yeah, just to make it short, Full Metal Alchemist has been LICENSED by Funimation. That's really some hot property they got if I should say so myself. 8)

I know were not supposed to be talking about dling copyright stuff over the .net from japan but does this mean the end to that? I mean alot of sites (the one I go to does) stops letting you dl once its in america. Will this happen now? Because if it does I'm in for a serious depression

BTW if they kill it with dubs and/or taking out the blood etc...I WILL DESTROY THEM!

Well, sub groups are supposed to stop subtitling once something gets licensed. And ENOUGH WITH THE FUNIMATION BASHING! That's like SO OLD now.

uhhh sorry but funimation bashing will never get old . do you realize FUNIMATION, the worst dubbing company , is doing FULL METAL ALCHEMIST, the greatest anime . it will suck. and it was licensed at a video game convention e3. wtf. at otakon 2004 if and when i see funimation stand i will destroy . whos with me .

Have you AT LEAST check out any other releases that are NOT Dragonballs/Z/GT? You know like Lupin III, Blue Gender, Fruits Basket, Kiddy Grade, and Tenchi Muyo GXP?

well first of all almost all the funimation voice actors suck. seccond of all fma is going st8 to cartoon network so we already know that funimation raped the good stuff out of it. and with out all the tragedy and agony of the series it will suck. I am very curiuous to see how funimation does with episode 7. hahahhaha.

Ive never seen FMA, i hear its good though

I might have to DL a few eps before the US release, because yes, Funimation does suck, there voice actors suck! Bandai should have liscensed it....

You all say the voice actors suck without giving me GOOD and OBJECTIVE reasons to even back up your statements. Times have changed since the Dragonball series for the better.

Amen to that...anyone who complains about Funi cutting blood needs to look into their release of Blue Gender...like yesterday...

To be fair, they've actually come a long way (and if you want to get down to it, the first set of DBZ edits were actually under a different team...when Sabat and co took over, they started loosening up the edits)

As for the point on Funi's VAs sucking...I dunno...it all depends how you look at it (personally, I find their DBZ cast a good deal easier on the ears for the most part, plus their BG dub was, all things considered, handled pretty well)

I figure, so long as this gets a bilingual release, there's no need for a lynch mob...

...now if it was 4Kids...THEN there would be blood
