Nope, the landmark wasn't Tokyo Tower. Popular target in many anime titles, but not in Neo Ranga (at least, not the first season -- I need to see the rest  ).

And just to clarify, it's not the name of Hana's old club, the title of Curtis' film, or Miho Utsuse's mini-concert. Sorry.

It's that time again! (No, NOT the "Wheel of Morality.")

Q1:
CliffD wrote:This question comes from the motion picture Tokyo Godfathers.

What is the name of Hana's old club -- the place "she" returns to at one point during the film?
Q2:
CliffD wrote:This question comes from the motion picture Kurenai no Buta, aka Porco Rosso. Although the question isn't necessarily a spoiler (the answer isn't, IMO), just to be on the safe side, . . .
SPOILER-GARD wrote: At the end of Porco Rosso, you see Curtis' face on an old-style movie poster.

The question: What was the name of the movie on that poster?
Q3:
CliffD wrote: This question comes from the OAV series Key the Metal Idol.

In the middle of the series, singer Miho Utsuse gives a mini-concert to debut her new song. Tickets are limited; Tataki (President of the Miho Fan Club) is able to give Sakura Kuriyagawa a ticket, but doesn't have another for Key (HUGE Miho fan).

The question: What is the name of the mini-concert on the ticket?

HINT: On the ticket, it indicates that there is a "Special Guest" to perform at the concert (a pseudonym, NOT the name of the character). BONUS Question: What is the name on the ticket of this "Special Guest?"
Q4:
CliffD wrote:This question comes from the television series Neo Ranga.

During Ranga's first appearance in Tokyo, the military makes a number of attempts to stop the giant creature (without much success). Eventually, the JSDF makes preparations to stop Ranga in the middle of Tokyo. However, one commander points out a flaw in this plan -- before Ranga made it to the JSDF's preparations, the path Ranga would take would be through a particular landmark. This RAPIDLY changes the situation.

The question: What was the particular landmark?
Q5:
This question comes from the television series Rurouni Kenshin.

At one point, the Kenshin-gumi (Many thanx to Yahiko-chan for giving a fitting name to this particular group!) is up against a gang called the Hishimanji, which happens to be armed with a particularly dangerous weapon.

The question: What is the weapon?

They carry around small daggers but their main weapon is a wooden cannon.

YES!! We HAVE a Winnah!! It's the wooden cannon that I was looking for, as you don't see those very often. (There was one on the Discovery Channel program Mythbusters; worked pretty well, until they blew it up!)

And now to close out the previous questions:

Tokyo Godfathers
The name of Hana's old club was Angel Tower.

Porco Rosso
The name of Curtis' film (as shown on the poster) was Triple Love.

Key the Metal Idol
The name of the Miho mini-concert was A nap of an automaton. With Special Guest "Miss Crimson." (Now you wonder who THAT could be . . .)

Neo Ranga
The landmark in jeopardy of being trampled by Ranga was the Meiji Shrine. (Yes, THAT Meiji; the first emperor of modern-day, post-Shogunate Japan.)

WHEW!! Your thread, MAS!!

The episode of Mythbusters was awesome.

Ok here's a Naruto question:

During the Chuunin Exam many people particapated and was expelled. In total there were three tests and one pre-lim. The question is a multi question:

How many people started in the 1st test of the Chunnin Exam and how many were left over by time the 3rd test began?

That is correct, though it was a particular model. The model number was A310 V6. Your go.
