while not a TOTAL lunatic, some scenes could work from the professor guy (Dr. Sanada I think) in "Dual - Parallel trouble adventures", and the "Doctor" guy in Angelic Layer. For some reason I am just not remembering names tonight. Also that lady... Rayla or something.,.. shes pretty wacko in that series also. (Dual)

Hmmm . . . I can't remember those characters too well from Dual for some reason. I'll have to go back and check because of it. As to the doctor from angelic layer, well I haven't seen angelic layer. So i'll have to try and check that out too. Thanks!

I know the guy in Cowboy Bebop that is hopped up on "red eye" that goes crazy. I am not sure of the episode but he is creepy.

Well, I really couldn't care about the anarchic punk/skin head thugs, but if a character is all hopped up on drugs and alchohal, I would be more than willing to at least give them a look.

If you're going to use anything from Cowboy Bebop, don't forget that CREEPY computer guy from the "Scratch" episode. He was just......*shudder*
