Trust me, It's not worth watching. I watched the entire third season and could only hope that it would get better. It didn't. It got worse. I think I said there were a few all right episodes, but its most definately not worth going through the entire thing just for those few. Oh well. Time for bed. I'm so lonely.

I loved his use of "gay". Sure, it's not exactly high-brow or eloquent, but "This takes away the suspense factor and replaces it with gay" is hi-LARIOUS!

I've just started the 3rd season of kenshin and i almost fell asleep, generally i couldn't get enough of it, but after he got fighting shiso and so on i was insanly bored. i watched the one with the dog sano foughtthe bad guys in like 2 secs and that was it. i wanted to cry...i was like are you kidding me i could have done something productive with that half hour of my life. *shakes fist give it back give me back that half hour jk

so from what i'm hearing and what i saw it's looking pretty grim, i think i'll keep watching ...maybe .... but if i end up falling asleep again i'm calling it quits and them prolly jsut go throw rocks at the makers or something *shrugs i don't know

I was kind of thinking someone would have already popped by to state this, some people kind of already edged tword it.

Read the manga, the third season from the TV series and the follow through of Reflection are basically tossed out the window. It's sad that the true creators vision couldnt be fully carried out with the anime, but thats basically what happened.

Well I'm happy to here that the manga is not the same as the anime. It makes me think their is still a chance to salvage the image of Kenshin in my mind. I hope people will keep posting their opinions on this matter as i tis some very good stuff I am hearing.

Kenshins first 2 seasons was some of the best anime I've seen, up there with bebop and eva. third season raped the show up the @$$, and I'm now trying to get my hands on the manga as well. However, in your first post you adressed feng-shui with the much-debated word gay, and although i hearthily agree those eps sucked worse then a vacuumcleaner on steroids, I cant refuse to nitpick. You said you liked kenshin bacause there was no magic & supernatural stuff, until those eps came along. Now I've been doing kung fu and with it chi kung for some time, and its not more supernatural then farting. In simple words, chi is what makes us able to break bricks with fingers and throw someone meters without them being injured on impact, that is mans chi (No, we DONT fly, shoot balls of lightning out our hands/asses or have yellow hair) Earths chi is what feng shui is. all objects has chi flows. Just thought I would comfort you to know that theres even less supernatural stuff in kenshin then you thought. Its just that things that officially hasnt been confirmed by our western science often gets labeled as supernatural.. or gay

btw, anyone pm me if they know where to get the manga
