I think the form actually says "by the end of Saturday, May 10th", which as anyone with access to a calendar can tell, was a) A few days ago and b)screwy to begin with because Saturday is in fact the 8th of May, not the tenth. I don't know if because of that error they will accept submissions that arrive on the 10th...all I know is mine arrived right where it should have a whole day early on Friday the 7th. So, I only have to wait and see what they think of my vid...

Man I was so hoping to get into the contest this year. Unfortunately I was having creative issues with it, scrapped the project... working on a new one now anyway...

And we just extended FTP Submissions until the 17th.Ashyukun wrote:The deadline was actually Monday, May 10th. It was changed along the way, and not all the places got changed as they should have been, but Geoff very clearly stated it was the 10th several places.

Thank God for that! XDhackerzc wrote:And we just extended FTP Submissions until the 17th.
i had to re-submit mine because i made the mistake of using english dubbs in my video that i submitted to Otakon. I wasn't aware that they looked down on the use of them. So I had to go back and make necessary changes....and uploaded it to them last night.
now...the waiting game starts! >.<

Well it's stated pretty clearly in the TWELVE PAGES of rules. LOL, sorry I just can't get over the fact that the rules are so long this year..... even I don't know why.SpYdEr_Dan wrote: had to re-submit mine because i made the mistake of using english dubbs in my video that i submitted to Otakon.
