You got that pretty much down, yeah. Also, even if you're not looking for a date, its a lot healthier to stay active outside of the house. People I know who works out tell me the main reason they go to the gym is to just clear their minds. They weren't in it to be healthier or such, they just wanted to keep themselves busy, quite simple really.

I use torque.

Is the Internet really the only life you have? Actually, Internet isn't life it's only fun. Can you not go and play some sport? Can you not climb the top of the hill and yell "I'm the best!"? Can you not share your likings and hobbies with somebody? Surely there must be someone in your proximity that has alike or similar beliefs. Can you not try to spend time with your family? No matter how much you spit on your parents, they mean only good (unless they enjoy hurting you

You aren't an astronaut. You don't have a suit that blows everyone away. You aren't launched in space and are not accessing the net from the spaceship all alone. Didn't anime teach you anything? What I've learned is that I should never look anything in a negative light, but rather try and find at least one small bright sparkle.

Don't be so negative all the time. I don't see the point of sharing so many personal things of your life with people that are 1000 and more miles away from you. None of us can really help you. If you want real help try talking to someone close to you (parents if no one else) and you'll feel much better.
