I love Shippo, he is funny and has a good heart.

I loved the epsiode where Shippo helped the girl whos brother had been killed.

Its hard for me to say I hate Shippo. Yes, he is by far the most annoying anime character I've ever seen, but I have my reasons for not hating him.
As was mentioned earlier, the episode where Shippo's is introduced is one of the best episodes ever. It also happened to be the very first episode of Inuyasha that I had ever seen. That one episode showed me that anime could be so much more than anything I had ever thought possible. At that point I actually liked Shippo at that point. It took me a few episodes to realize he was annoying, but he still was kind of cool. Its taken me a long time to realize just how annoying he is, but I still don't think I hate him.
He was part of the show that opened my eyes, and for that, I will never be able to hate him, only dislike him. Oh well. I'm so lonely.

Never read the manga, but Shippo is cute. As has been said before, he adds alot of comic relief, so I only find him truly annoying in a few places. I personally think Kagome is more annoying than Shippo most of the time...

Just a question where did the name Karou_ken come from? It sounds familiar.

Anyway Shippo is cool. I wish I could shoot blue flames even if they never seem to work.

Besides he plays the role of Inuyasha's little brother figure. Which leads to funny moments.
