I believe that most videos are done to metal and mostly main stream stuff like what you listed. The main problem with that stuff is that its been done and/or over done so it is hard to be original. You could say screw it and to it to an over done song or you can search for a song that has yet to be done or has been done once or twice. If you find a song that will work great for a video you want to do use it hell i've done a disturbed and a linkin park video. What ever you decide if you can get the sync of the punches and kicks good it will rule.

I agree. To hell with who has done what.

A lot of people F it up anyway. To hell with it.

If your video came second or four hundred forty-second and its the better video it is the one I download.

Besides originality is more about scene use than the idea of placing a song and an anime together. (You could make a random generator to select song and anime pairings, that doesn't make it original.)

Try Def Leppard or Gun N' Roses (Other than Paradise City or Welcome to the Jungle) they tend to get neglected.

Nobody has done Walk This Way either. (Anime that I would do that to is not on the top of my list so it may be a while before I get to it.)

You think someone would have made a Ranma video to Pour Some Sugar On Me, but Nooooooo. Somebody did it to DBZ.

Not appropriate.

I don't care who has done what. Everybody thinks differently, so each video should come out different.

Why is everyone suggesting songs to help with this project? Considering the insanely excessive number of Dragonball AMVs out there already, it'd be more helpful to suggest a good anime than a song. Dragonball AMVs are not what we need more of- even really good Dragonball AMVs.

No, seriously, I never even give Dragonball AMVs of any description even the slightest consideration these days. They are simply that badly overdone. Try a different anime, such as... anything. Here, a random suggestion- go set Noir to Linkin Park's 'Forgotten'.
