Adobe Premiere Pro 7 Query

Is Adobe Premiere Pro 7 and Adobe Premiere the same? Or is there a difference?

adome premier 4. adobe premier 4.5. adobe premier 5. adobe premeir 5.1. adobe premier 6. adobe premeir 6.5 . adobe premier 7 (otherwise known as pro). adobe premeir "pro" 7.1.

get it ? (errr, thiers no difference :P )

If by "Adobe Premiere 'Pro' 7.1" you mean "Adobe Premiere 1.5", then yes. :roll:

I really wish people would stop thinking of Premiere Pro as Premiere 7, because now that they're numbering the Pros, it's only going to lead to confusion.

Well considering that the install process details the program as Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0, then the only person we could blame for eventual version-number confusion is Adobe.

Adobe Premiere Pro = Adobe Premiere 7
Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 = Adobe Premiere 7.5

Since they rebuilt the engine/codebase they wanted to give it a new name. So people know it's revamped...
