Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Retro style? I guess you mean the lack of effects, but that has to do with my inability to use them...well and the fact the song doesnt' demand it. Thanks for the comments.
You are way too modest. Your video is more balanced between narrative and effects, and like you say, that fits the tone of the song more. Focus on story-telling = retro style.

Big ups!

To paraphrase one Mr. Cool James, please refrain from referring to it as a revival, I've been lurking for ages.

Modest? Yeah I get that a lot, but well...*shrug*. Anyway....

Yeah I like focusing on what "fits" the tone or rather the "Flow." That's just something I *try* to do well and I'm really glad to hear that people are seeing it.

Thanks again!

Anyway, thanks!

good job it's one am and I still felt the utter cuteness of that
peice. Still dosn't beat "I just can't wait to be king" one of my all-time
favorite videos from you. Yes, I like watching very odd videos :)
Damn you and your l33t storytelling skills! (j/king)

I feel a new catagory coming on...
It feels like...

Feel Good

Lifts spirits, makes smiles, and gives you that warm fuzzy feelin' down inside. No, not the feelin' you get when you sit in something, the other feelin'. The good feelin'.

What makes this video excellent is that now I can go outside and watch the sunrise, something I haven't done in a long, long time. I think I might just do that.
