I forgot the main thing, it´s not your problem that you like anime, it´s everybody else who dosen´t (they don´t know what they are missing)

i was tryin to get my friends into this site, but they're turned off by what they call the "nerd factor."

most of them are metal heads (BLEGH), ne ways u think i could persuade them?

Most people just don't make fun of them because most o' them metal people are scary looking and somewhat unstable....

First time I've heard that.

Meh, most decent metalheads seem like smarter-than-average, reasonable people. I always found their attitude to music sort of... nerd-like (in a positive sense - they approach their music intelligently, but have fun with it nonetheless).

That's my impression, anyway. I don't think being a metalhead precludes you from liking anime. Actually, I think they make good anime fans
