There's quite a bit of live actions based on anime and the reverse as well. Iria was a horrible live-action and was revived into the superior anime medium. Not sure if this counts, but Chinese Ghost story was in multiple live-action incarnations before reaching an animated format.

As for films from anime to live: Wicked City, City Hunter, La Blue Girl (yes I couldn't believe either), aaaaaand.... that's all I can conjure up at this moment.

true on what you said, but you still gotta at least respect the rules. You can go ahead and download, but shouldn't really be discussing about downloading/illegally obtaining the warez, movies, music, and such.

Casshern is a futuristic type of anime. The main character has a weird armor which is uses to fight against robots and what not. You can check out a trailer here.
