Hmm, it was either Astroboy (the original series) or Robotech. Both were on starting at 6 A.M. on Saturdays and I used to get up early when I was a kid to watch them.

Yeah, guess I'm showing my age a bit here.

I watched anime off and on in my early childhood and in middle school. But I really didn't get into it till I saw bebop.

DBZ, although I got hooked on anime with Excel Saga and Noir.

NO WAIT, it was FLCL!!!

I saw FLCL just before I got On Demand so FLCL was the first that got me hooked.

Well the first anime I would have seen would be Dragonball.
But the anime that really got me hooked was Gundam Wing.
I really liked that mecha, but afterwards I became more fond of Mobile Suit Gundam. My favorite mecha still would be the gelgoog and the sazabi.

you all suck!!!... bastards with your cable when you were children!... i had 2 channels T_T...
anyways in that case my first anime would have been dragon ball z when i was 11 i think(right after my much music fade =P), i watched that for 3 years then finally left it after a year of repeatitive torture and lack of episode updates!(reminds me of ragnarok online *shivers*

anyways then i saw some anime movies like ghost in the shell from madokai, and that got me into anime!... then one time when i was flippin through channels i saw inu yasha on ytv... it was a pretty boring episode too... but i saw it had a girl with a bow, and a cool long haired guy with dog ears and a giant sword!, so i got intrested and started watching episodes starting from 1... and that was about a month or 2 ago... now im on episode 100 =3
although im hoping to find another anime which focus's more on present time... just because i sorta like to see the urban look, along with machines and stuff...(p.s. this sorta started with the euphoria video created by "random variable productions" =P)
o i also forgot i watched alot of gundam wing right after i finished with dragon ball z... that had a really good politcal story... atleast from what i can remember 2 years ago Oo(keeping in mind at that time the only anime i knew of was dbz... and jsut try and find politics in that?!)

... i gotta learn how to stop writing(my posts on all forums are always too long >>)
