i need help creating my first anime help

where do i get all the programs like virtualdub cause im reely tring to make my first movie what is the best program do what i want. i dont want to do the back grounds over and over again is there a way to avoid that or get a spetial program for this. and if i do i had a problem with windows movie maker i want it to go from slide to slide no delay if im going to do that

ive got my own story and im not off sooting from others compleatly differnt

please give my links and if you could exsplnations of the stuff your tell ing me cause im a total newbie!!!!!

errrr . . . Sorry, I thought you were talking about your first AMV, not anime . . . Hopefully the guide will still be able to help you.

As for your "repeating backgrounds," isn't that really all up to you, since you're the one who's making them? You could just take time and make more backgrounds . . .
