What language should i watch Jin-Roh in?

Probably similar to how I watched some of the scenes in Mallrats in French. Jay doesn't sound as cool when he doesn't appear to be stoned.
I thought the Japanese cast put more expression in their roles, but the Ocean Group still does a good job. Also, I stayed awake for this one, because it wasn't an Oshii adaptation, it was an Oshii orginal. That and he didn't have directing credits, just writing credits.

Mallrats (I only brought this up in the discussion because I rented it over the weekend) is the second film from writer/director Kevin Smith. The only other moives I saw from him (all the way through) are Clerks and Jersey Girl. Kevin Smith is probably most well known in the anime community for doing the Clerks animated T.V. series, very funny stuff.
