Suprisingly I haven't seen this one yet. I was going to purchase it at JACON, but since my cousin said that she would bring it up this July when she came, I decided not to. If I really like it, I might just go ahead a buy it anyway...Kingjing wrote:Millennium actress. Nothing violent or sexy, Really intelligent, and is what got my father into anime.

It's funny that parents try to keep their kids from seeing violence, and then the children end up doing the same thing for the parents got to love that irony. ( though I do understand it;))Kingjing wrote:Another good one may be Metropolis. Though, it did have some violence in it.

So far, I have made my family sit through 2 movies....Spirited Away (sucessful) and...the Ranma 1/2 Christmas OVA - which was not intentional.yukimoru wrote:I thought Spirited Away was a great movie. Princess Mononoke was a good movie too. (You probably want to start them on a movie, it'd be a different case for a friend) But, the best movie I think to show them is defiently Escaflowne. Especially if your dad is a pastor. (My whole family is Christian.)
My family is Christian too (and I'm proud of that)
