Okay, twenty-four hours have passed since the first question was posted, and only a partial answer (NOTE: I cannot acknowledge whether the partial answer is correct or not). So here comes another; first one is still valid and open.

Q1:

The Question: What was the selection method used, AND Name ALL of the students riding w/ Miss Yukari.

You got it right. So did JHU Battousai, who even gave the Japanese name for the decision method. But since Alter_Kazuma posted three minutes earlier, the thread goes to A_K!!

Now to close the Best of Anime question. Alter DID get one of the characters (HEY, NOW I can acknowledge it!!): Speed Racer was one of the characters on the album overlay. The OTHER character used was Cutey Honey.

wow i got good timing. Okay since i've been on a Noir fix as of late. In the ep where Mireille and Kirika meet Chole for the first time. Chole says one thing when Mireille asks who are you? what is Chole's answer?
