Saiyuki help

See, I have read the 1st Saiyuki Manga, and I'm about to get the 2nd one. I'm thinking about getting the dvd, but I don't know. How different is it from Manga, if there is a difference?

Not too different (except no nudity). The anime follows the manga pretty closely. Personally, I think the anime is good stuff.

Besides seeing the team in action can prove QUITE entertaining. There's some things that manga just can't do.

i have never read the manga but i have seen the anime and the anime is really good ^_^

The manga has much better fight scenes and is funnier then the anime but the anime is still worth buying

There are a lot of nudity in the manga...especially the first...I just got the 2nd and 3rd books but haven't read them yet. Well, thanx I'm gonna get the first dvd sometime later.
