Need help with an anime

I have some lines in my video that say
"who wears cool shoes ive got a girl who wears them in the nude"

Any suggestions for this guys (preferably the same gir for both)

And hell i don't even actually need her nude , ijust need like her legs to be mostly bare and with just shoe and having it like scroll up on her then i can cut it off when it get to clothing

Mai from Fatal Fury: TMP would seem a good choice.

Look for the part about 2/3 of the way in where she is at the chinese temple (fighting with wind guy).
