Read my last post.

I dont want to go changing the requirements now as it would go against the people who have already submitted to the contest.

I thought it was 16-bit. No wonder it was a stupid question.

16... 2^16... Come on, what's a few tens of thousands of colors between friends...?

Alright, I have two icons done in .bmp form; but I can't get the Icon Edit installation to work (so I can make them .ICO). Is anyone else having the same problem?

Screw it. I just realized the deadline was "before July 7th" not "by July 7th."
