no, seriously, they way black folks were drawn before civil rights was with jet black skin and bright lips and eyes, usually not drawn with a nose, and usually a big slice of watermeloon under their chin, a straw hat on the head, and a big ol' goofy smile. do you know how this is looked at now?

No, Rally is of Indian (as in the country India) descent. Mister V is Indian and her mother was white.

So we're complaining about how black people are depicted in anime?

I don't mean to complain about it but you have to realize something, this is made in an Asian culture were mostly only Asians live they don't have various colors of people like black, yellow, brown, etc like we do here in the USA. Now don't get me wrong I'm not racist or anything of the like I just think its stupid to complain about it.
