www.google.com (i think its standard for me to post this everytime I see a thread like this),
Or just figure out how to do it yourself (not recommended from what I've read elsewhere).
The solution we all recommend: capture it yourself!!! And it can't be uploaded onto the Org db cause it's not anime. Although it may be a great game that came out of Japan, it's still not anime.

You can do what bum said ... just download the trailers ... that's legal to do since it's available from the game company, instead of some underground website, at no expense. I'm sure you can find that at the official MGS:TS website if there is one.
However, if you want other footage that's not available in the trailers, your best bet is to do what LightningCountX said and buy a capture card (or Firewire DV converter box if you're on a laptop or don't have any more PCI slots) and stream the footage through that. Additionally, you're capture might be a lot better than what the trailers provide since trailers are usually smashed down in quality for the sake of the dial-up users.
Hope some of that makes sense.

you may take the dark path and rip the video footage straight from the gamecube disc...
for ingame footage no choice u have to use a capture card...
that is unless u can recompile the game under windows and create a demo file and get good quality video^^
