YES YES YES!!! CLOUD VS SEPHIROTH WAS AND IS THE BEST FIGHT EVER!!!
I can't wait until advent children. Another good fight scene with cloud and sephy was in Kingdom Hearts Platinum Edition. In it, there was a special movie clip called showdown of fate. I loved it

T'was nothing like advent children(of course) but it was still pretty cool

(if anyone hasn't seen it but wants to, just tell me and I'll give you a link)

I was watching me some FLCL today, and I was reminded how fucking cool episode 5 is. Especially the gun fight between Haruko and Amarao. It shows that Production I.G. really know what they're doing, when it comes to animation. I'm expecting many great things to come from their forthcoming Dead Leaves OVA.

Blood: The Last Vampire is another good Production I.G. creation with plenty of good action scenes, all around.

I also want Geneon to hurry the fuck up on releasing all of R.O.D the TV, because it's just such a great series (especially the action scenes).

I read about Dead Leaves in Anime Insider magazine - looks twisted, and I'm a little freaked out about the line that was constantly repeated at the end of that trailer...

From Rurouni Kenshin, Kenshin vs. Saitoh! That was the most awesome anime fight I've ever seen! Whoo, and Battousai's death threats? Excellente! But I will put in a word or two for Kenshin vs. Jin-ei. That was awesome too.

It wasn't Sephiroth he was fighting, but one of his flunkies. However, you are correct, that fight looks like it will kick mucho ass.
