Wild guess (never even heard of the program, let alone seen it):

2 million yen? (interest charges?)

Correct!

Right you are Ken! err... Cliff!

2 million is correct; however, the extra million wasn't interest but extra for his "friend" who got in an accident and needed help with the hospital bill. The original 2 mill was for the guy's (who got in the accident) wedding present. Must be nice having a gang to look out for you and extort money in times of need.

Paranoia Agent is very interesting and pretty wild at times. Up there with Lain, Blame! and FLCL.

Morumi 0wnz

Yeah, I thought Paranoia Agent was pretty funky. Unusual stuff with a good line in spooky portrayal of psychiatric disorders.

   WHOA!!!   I'm surprised the wild guess WORKED!!

Okay, here is a general seiyuu question.

This particular Japanese voice actor has had a number of roles (major, minor, and guest appearance) in Sailor Moon, Marmalade Boy, and Dragonball GT, among others. However, he is (arguably) most recognized for a NON-ANIME program called Ryori no Tetsujin, which ended its six-year prime-time run on Japanese TV back in 1999. (NOTE: English-dubbed episodes of this program regularly air on an American cable network. And HIS voice was dubbed, along with nearly everyone else (only ONE person gets subtitled). However, his name still comes up in every episode -- not to mention his near-trademark call!)

The Question: Name this seiyuu.

Would that be Shinichirou Ohta, of Iron Chef Kitchen Reporter fame?

"Fukui-san!" :D I wish I still got cable so I could watch more of it.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! Thread goes to JHU Battousai!!

On a side note, I was surprised to find that the Chairman, Takeshi Kaga, has even done some anime voice work! Okay, it was a Pokemon movie, but STILL . . .

In Initial D, Fujiwara Takumi drives an AE86 Trueno. Unfortunately, the CG animators for most the first season of the series made a mistake in Takumi's car's model, mispelling the car's name on the front grille. Actually, they mispelled it in two different ways over the course of the season (the second only shows up a few times). The model was corrected for parts of the second opening and some shots from Episode 17 on, but the mispelling continues to show up even through Episode 26.

What was Trueno mispelled as?

Just a clarification, you only need to give me one of the mispellings. Bonus if you know both.
