Guide Revised

I've redone the guide and here are the improvements:

1. Better Layout
2. No Pop-ups or adds ( For now anyways )
3. More detailed

It's now updated to the orgs present status. If you have any questions or concerns please state so before I submit it to AD. Goodbye everyone, I now go get some much needed sleep.
