Gene Starwind 21122's Outlaw Anime Club AMV Contest

Hello everyone. For those of you who don't know me eventhough I've been around a while my creator name is Gene Starwind 21122. I'm currently president of the Outlaw Anime Club and partners of Starwind/Hawking Productions and Outlaw Productions. I've been making amv's for nearly 2 years now this August 28th. Anyway this is a tournament open to all. This amv contest only has a few rules. They are as follows:

1. No Hentai is permitted. (Since this is open to ages 13 and up)

2. No excessive language. A little hear and there but not the whole song. if you don't think it is approiate then don't send it. But I'll judge if it is okay or not.

3. You can make any type of video you want. Comedy/Action/Romance/Serious/Dramatic/Upbeat.

4. You can use as many anime as you want. But be warn videos will be judge on originality, and how well they work with the song.

5. Any videos submitted has to be made within this year starting from Jan. 1,2004 to the deadline.

6. The deadline for the contest is Dec. 1, 2004.

These are the basic rules. As for the prizes. All videos will be competing against each other just because I don't have the money for five prizes. There will be 3 prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

3rd place will get a banner on my website and in my profile for finishing 3rd in the contest.

2nd place will get a banner and another prize to be determined.

1st place the grand prize will not only be a banner, but a dvd of the winners choice $20-$40. You name it and I'll try to find it. There are a lot of stores around here and if that wasn't enough. When I have my website upgraded I'll host your video for a month or two.

Sounds good. Now don't rush your video the deadline is December 1st, 2004. It is the anime club that will vote currently we have 34 members and is growing. Well good luck to everyone and I hope to see some awsome amv's.

If you can put your amv's on the org for download that would be great.

Can't wait to see what you guys come up with.

I'll have a banner demo up sometime by the end of the month.

Interesting, I'll see if I can enter something. My video has some questionable content (as in there's a few scenes where two guys are going at it, although you can't really *see* anything) but I think I can pass it off as just some weird bedtime activity ^_^;; But yeah, I'll enter something ^_^ Good luck with the contest.

One other thing not saying that there is anything wrong with your amv Fungie 1/2. I just talked to my vice president and the board they prefer no yaoi or lesiban type videos in this contest. It doesn't mean that you can't enter it. It may not be recieved too well. Sorry if this dissapoints anyone.

dose it matter if its on as project? cause if my RVG vid turns out good then i might wanna enter that!

May we enter multiple videos? Because I'm almost finished with my first vid and I will have another done in a couple months.

No it doesn't matter if it is a project. So you can submit it.

And as for the yaoi and lesbian amv's we're going to allow them my vice president said it would be okay with him.
