I'm currently trying to stop myself from watching Fushigi Yugi. Until the CNAE convention, (where I had best find the first season box).....I'm trying not to finish the second season box set as I just bought it on sale recently ....
I have self discipline...I've almost finished one disk >.>
I haven't been watching much unlicensed anime recently and have fallen considerably behind in my Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon and Naruto fansubs. Oh well...

I haven't watched much anime in recent time, either - well, I am what I'd describe as a 'casual anime viewer' more than anything.
However, just a couple of days ago I sat down and watched all of "Mahoutsukai ni taisetsu na koto" (better known as "Someday's Dreamers"). It's a nice series, but certainly not for someone who expects anything really drastic to happen. If at all. It does have a nice, positive message, and some rather sad moments - so, being the complete, emotionally-receptive sap I am, I actually loved it. Don't know if I'd go very far recommending it to most people though.
The only current series I'm following right now is "Monster", although I'm waiting for my brother to get me the recent batch of episodes. I've read the entire manga, and, if the anime keeps up as well as it has from what I've seen, it will be my favorite series ever by the time it ends... No words exist to describe how awesome "Monster" is.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I swear I saw a manga called "Monster" for sale in France when I was there recently... that isn't licensed Stateside, is it? They're up to at least 15 volumes.Otohiko wrote: The only current series I'm following right now is "Monster", although I'm waiting for my brother to get me the recent batch of episodes. As for me, I'm watching stuff on Cartoon Network and the Anime Network on Demand. Spefically, I'm into Inu-Yasha and Comic Party and I'm watching Evangelion. There are other shows I've been watching too when I get bored, but I like those three the best. I'd watch more Chobits if they'd just put it up, and I refuse to watch Angelic Layer dubbed 'cause it hurts my ears.
...and of course, I'm rewatching parts of Princess Nine in preparation for a video I'm redoing (with drastic changes). I've finally started ripping the video for it. ^^;
Haven't watched anything unlicensed recently (since Airmaster ended).

In the past year or so I've mostly just been buying/borrowing anime and watching rather than keeping up with ones on TV. Because of that, I typically have watched the whole series for those ones and thus aren't currently keeping up/following them since there's no need...
The ones I that I'm currently watching and haven't seen the ends of yet (whether I've bought the series and am slowly watching them, still need to rent last disks to watch, or they're still airing in japan) include:
One Piece
Prince of Tennis
Naruto
Chobits
Kodocha
Gundam Wing
Irresponsible Captain Tylor
Full Metal Panic
If it's at all relevant, I've finished watching, Fushigi Yuugi, Sailor Moon, GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka), I My Me Strawberry Eggs, Fancy Lala, Fruits Basket, Hana Yori Dango, and um yeah... whatever else I forgot. ^_^;;

Oh yeah i forgot to mention Inuyasha. quick question: worst dubbed anime you have ever seen or worst voice actor for a part. Ranma's voice doesn't match the one in my head at all from the manga[img]www.absoluteanime.com/_frame/
