i can do a few pillows-songs with an acoustic guitar, and singing. but apart from that, not much anime. gamemusic is funnier to play, like uematsu and mitsuda.
here's some tabs of mine for the guitarists out there;
Yasunori Mitsuda - Radical Dreamers (Chrono Cross)

Nobuo Uematsu - Sending A Dream Into The Universe (Variation on Cid's Theme FFVII)

Anyone here ever performed or played anime music?

Yeah as a matter of fact, I can.
I can play part of Tank.
I can also play the love song between InuYasha and Kagome, My Will (InuYasha), Heart of the Sword (Rurouni Kenshin), The Real Folk Blues (Cowboy Bebop), Rock the Dragon (DBZ), Trunks Theme (DBZ), and The Dragon Ball Opening Song (or at least I think that's what it is)
I play them all on the piano.
And I also play by ear. (For those who don't know that means you can lisetn to a song and play it with out reading notes.)

I sang "Yakusoku wa Iranai" from "Escaflowne" in a Japanese-American karaoke bar. The Japanese clientele were quite amused that I took the effort to sing something in that language instead of some 80's butt-rock like the other white American dudes (not that there's anything wrong with 80's butt-rock at all... ).
