math is a religion all of it's own if you take two numbers that look exactly the same such as 1 and mash them together they make a 2 but when you use a 1 to subtract, or as i look at it do battle, with a nother 1 it makes a huge hole we call 0. i like the idea of 1+1=11 though i understand that....

Got kinda off topic. I hope I like Evanelion. I love Cowboy Bebop. Best anime I've ever seen! Although I haven't seen a whole lot. And by mature anime I mean anime with a more serious feel to it. Like Wolf's Rain. I really like that show. I tend to like those kinds of animes more than others.

I watched the first 3 episodes of EVA and completely lost all interest. I found my focus slowly falling from my computer monitor to this string I had in my hand, as I watched it swing back and forth, back and forth, back and forth =/
I'm not really a fan of giant robot animes, except for Big O, because I think they were all played out in the 80's. Oh, and Gundam sucks =/

Just to let you know, there are tons of people like you that didn't like Evangelion for the first few episodes. A lot of people don't like even the first 6 or the whole first half of the series. However, many of those same people, who watched the whole show, found out that it's actually one of their most beloved shows. It's more than a giant robot show, much more, and that becomes apparent over time.

It's not at all wise to watch 3 episodes of something and then give up on it. Not only for the reason that EVA makes some series changes of content-focus, but also because it takes veiwing of a work in its entirity to appreciate it for what it is, or understand what it is.

Evangelion is a great series after i saw the first few episodes i had to see the rest and hated have to wait to see the next episode. the movies are also a good watch. But i must admit Shinji being such a pussy starts to get on your nerves but Eva Unit 01 going berserk every so often makes up for it.
Can't the end of the road be also thought as the beginning for the journey back.

Well, it's not like I had no reason for getting bored with teh series. Shinji (or whatever his name is) was a little bitch. And he annoyed the crap out of me. And I've even watched eva amv's, and the series just doesn't look appealing at all.
