Some people are stupid it seems:

Anime - from Japan
Amerime - not real and it'll fade (hopefully)

Can anyone understand that it doesn’t matter if other people, regions or countries make anime-styled things?
Anime is from Japan for Japan.

Sorry, its what I meant. it isn’t really anime. So no need to worry, some will try to copy it but it will be separate and distinguishable.

Who cares about the US or any other place.
If Japan is ok, anime/manga is ok, I'm ok.
It's pointless.
Would anyone care if the French eat tacos with syrup?
Does that do anything to Mexico?
Or does anyone care if people in Sweden eat hamburgers COLD?
Does the US get affected?

I care. I LIVE IN THE FRICKIN US. i don't want the majority of the animation and comics here to be an anime rip-off. i mean yea the style, that i can understand, but not like the schoolgirls, the kun and chan crap. that's my other big problem

Actually, even new anime doesn't compare to old late 80's, early 90's anime in my opinion. There are a couple of exceptions, but not many. It's all too CG for my taste. I liked when it was just straight up drawn frame by frame.

No but I would be rather disappointed if anime were influenced by American way of thinking, muddy the pool if you will. its unique because its foreign, I wouldn’t want to change that by domesticating it. probably just being paranoid tho. alls well that ends well
