AWA 2004 attendees list

Final arrangements have been made with Carrabba's and this will be the last dinner update. With personal guests we have 50 people signed up but I set the reservation for 60 to account for the stragglers (so don't freak if you're not on the list, there should be room). Carrabba's will get us all in the same area of the restaurant in booth seating. Individual checks will be available and gratuity will automatically be added to the checks given our group status. If you have any last minutes questions or problems email me.

Remember, meet us in Renaissance Waverly Hotel, the con hotel, at the ice sculpture nearest the front door at 7:45 PM. If you show up late you are on your own to get to the restaurant but you are still welcomed to join us.

The site http://www.redwolfstudio.org/dinner has been updated with last minute info and the final guest list (although I'm sure we'll have last minute stragglers as we always do). The site also has a map to Carrabba's for those of you joining us late.

A piece of friendly advice, get your AWA badge before dinner. AWA will be holding registration Thursday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for both pre-registered and non-registered attendees. It is doubtful we'll be back from dinner before 10:00 PM and registration Friday morning will be a long line. If you can, get to the con hotel by 7:15 PM to get in line for registration so you'll be done by 7:45 PM (yes, it may be that long that early). AWA has announced they will be a lot more aggressive about badge checking throughout the con, including the VAT, so you'll need your badge before you can do anything Friday. Registration will open again Friday at 9:00 AM.

In a little over 50 hours we'll all be sitting down to some good italian food together.

Hopefully if there are no problems I'll be getting into the hotel by 6 so I can get all the NES dvds packaged. Then I can get my badge
