Perfect Matches in Anime?

Just general opinions on what characters in anime would just go too wel together.

Personally I like the idea of Asuka Langley Sohryu and Vegeta. (Just try and imagine a kid between those two!)

But similarity doesn't mean compatibility! I'm pretty certain those two would both be too stuck-up to ever get along - forget the kid part...

I'd say Asuka is matched with Shinji reasonably enough - he needs an occasional kick to stop him from being mopey, she needs to kick someone to work off stress. And Vegeta would surely kick back...

As for the subject at hand, I'm yet to think of a pair... hmm...
