Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

AWA 10 Masters Entry

Post by Fluxmeister » Tue Sep 28, 2004 1:54 am

Beautiful Earth

As with the previous three years, I entered a video I felt very strongly about into AWA Masters. It's fairly simple(no AE or even filters really) and uses Coldplay's "Everything's Not Lost" with Arjuna.

There are no real spoilers in this video... though it may cause some curiousity as to what the show is all about! :D

I will write an actual description for the video when I am a bit closer to a state of consciousness...

I hope to be able to watch this video soon...

My mobo will not allow me to play video or audio (due to a really bad lightning storm), so I have to use a diff comp. Hopefully I'll be able use one tomorrow. If this thread is dead by the time I watch it, I'll either necropost at HypeO or I'll PM you.

Very nice, I enjoyed it very much.

It's different work from what I've seen you do before, but I'd say this video is one of my favorite works of yours.

One thing to know: Al is a VERY earth conscious person. Not so much as Greenpeace...god knows they take things too far...

Anyway, as a person very into his planet, watching this video literally brought a tear to my eye. I have no idea what anime this is, but I am going to make it my life's mission to obtain it.

Powerful video you've presented. I'm not making this up, I'm actually crying as I'm typing this. Expect the best op I have ever given, I'm typing it now.

On a more personal note...thank you. This is the most moving video presentation I have ever witnessed. Thank you so much for sharing it with me...with all of us. ^^

Sorry, I have a penchant for being a little over-dramatic. ^^;

Fantastic use of motion and awesome simplistic editing style to display a powerful meaning = 5 stars for you sir.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
