Actually, the piece is "When the Water Breaks." Liquid Tension Experiments is the band.

As of now the project is still in the planing stages but if anyone is interested you can get the song here. A project thread will be created once I'm done pushing ideas around with the other Instrumentality editors. PM me if you're really interested.
