Sorry Kthulu, they ain't. Kikyou is way cooler, and actually knows what she's doing. Kagome is a lazy modern day city girl, who doesn't have enough sese to put on clothes if her life depended upon it!!!

How can you say Kikyo is better then Kagome? She's a shell of her former self, driven by revenge. I think that if the old Kikyo could see the new one, she'd be upset and want her put back in the earth.

Kagome is way better. She's understanding, kind, supportive, loving, nice, not dead... And I'm not sure how far you've seen in the series, but there's one episode in particular that only proves the point more. She's the one that truly cares about Inuyasha.

Um, this is just for appearance purposes.

I've done two videos comparing Kikyo to Kagome and still, in my heart and opinion...

Just look at them damnit!

Kikyo's got that, uh BUST!
and Kagome is too busy yelping for help... And screaming SIT, then poor Inu Yasha gets squashed.

So Kikyo tried to kill him, it's a misunderstanding, no big deal.

I have to say that I'm pulling for Kagome. I feel for Kikyo and all, but her time has passed. Betrayal was behind thier deaths, and I know they loved eachother, but doesn't Kikyo and Inuyasha's relationship seem a bit forced. It seems to me like two very lonely people hooking up...almost obssesive. That aside I would pull for Kikyo, but she's dead! And when in all the cut scenes together did you ever see her make Inuyasha smile. Kagome may not be as strong as Kikyo(yet), but she has just as much spirit. And where loving Inuyasha made Kikyo weaker, it makes Kagome stronger. She never leaves him, even if her lifes in danger. And come on! he needs a "sit" or two every once in a while. Far from last (but I won't ramble on) and far from least, Kagome actually cares for Kikyo in a way, she doesn't really want anything to happen to her (aside from occasional emotion outbursts, and who could blame her) because it would hurt Inuyasha. Kikyo would just as well see her dead, despite Inuyasha's feelings.

Hmm. Well, I haven't seen Kikyo in the show yet, since I've only seen about 5 episodes so far...could some one fill me in on the Kikyo/Kagome relationship? I've heard that Kagome is Kikyo...but I'm so confused
