convert a (.mswmm) file into a readable file for players

i made a movie using microsoft windows movie maker v.5.1....i do not know what program to use to convert it either into an mpeg...an avi..or wmv...i would like it in a mpeg though....:'(help me...

ya..found out how to do it...im such an idiot..i saved the file..but i didnt save the movie...im a newb at this...so...wat can i say...
