Animated Screencaps (gifs etc..)

I have been wasting valuable study time recently making Naruto animated gifs from screencaps.. i have since been told that there is easier ways to do it (considering i captured 46 frames for one of mine)

i was wondering what the standard of animated gifs was "out there"

please post some animated gifs of your own.
