err... I want to make screencaps from some Naruto epsidos... bit i have no idea.. how i can do that.. ?? someone knows??

You can do that by using Windows Movie maker and using the picture capture button.

Load episode in VirtualDub(/Mod). Locate the frame you want. Hit Ctrl+1 to copy the frame to the clipboard, from where you can paste it into any image editing program.

Note, sometimes this doesn't work without first using the >> and << buttons.

Press shift+1 in vdubmod if you want to output the current frame to a file instead.

Damn I need to RTFM someday. All this time I've been making huffyuv clips 2 frames long in vdub then importing that to Premiere then exporting the frame to BMP then importing the BMP. All this for something I could have done with shift+1. I feel really really dumb now.
