Well I have to take it seriously, at this point.
The con is January 5-7, I've got a 2 week vacation somewhere between christmas and new years, and despite my constant pleading with my parents, I only have computer for two hours a day.
So yeah, I've got to get the most out of my time on the computer. Is it so wrong to do that? ><;

I think the best way to go is to stick to your own stuff; show some of your better videos and then maybe 1 or 2 of your early vids just for a nice comparison; and possibly 1 of your betas just as a kind of teaser type deal to keep em interested.
If you do plan on showing anyone elses vids it might be a good idea to ask the creator if its okay first; i no it sounds weird but some people get incredibly ticked off about simple things.
As for the shirts id say stick with medium and xl, something for everyone that way. I honestly dont have any ideas on a creative shirt design but if I get any I'll post em for ya.

Then make other people do the work. For example, you could <cough> sponsor a little contest and use your panel as the exhibition.SQ wrote:Well I have to take it seriously, at this point.

If it were my panel, I don't think I'd show my own videos. They bore me, why would I inflict them on other people? But seriously, if you do show your own, what will you do if you get the total silence treatment? Or the quiet "boo" from the back row? Or if the only person who claps is your mom? Any one of these could happen, and it won't only make you feel bad, it will make the crowd uncomfortable, too (unless the only person who shows up is your mom).
It may be better to show a collection of the most popular vids. People will go away thinking you have good taste. And find one video that is very nice and that no one has ever heard of. Then they'll think you have taste AND education.
Tip: focus on the audience, not yourself.
Tip: don't overdo it. Better to come up ten minutes short.
And aren't you in the Atlanta area? It's just a thought, but maybe someone on the AWA staff could help you if you need a high-quality version of a video. I don't know what their policy is about that, but it shouldn't hurt to ask.

Yeah, I live right next to them...
Anyway, I've got the whole audience thing covered, trust me.
The first thing I say is this:
"You can yell out anything you want, whenever you want."
Second thing is this: "But there ARE a few rules..."
Thanks, though, TaranT.
I do have a contest running, but only one person [strike]entered[/strike] Finished and won.

That's the only part that's scripted. XD
Everything else depends on what the audience screams out...
