ok heres a good tip, you should follow for at least one day

1. Turn off your PC, your Gaming system, your DVD player, your TV, anything anime related.. it sounds like you need to unplug a bit.

2 go the fuck outside and talk to REAL people. where if you say (L. O. L. ) they will most likely slap you,

3 go to sleep

4 repeat the process.
