1) Bad footage
2) Bad Audio
3) Random footage
4) Overused Songs
5) Pointless AMV's

Those are my top five most hated things about bad AMV's

When the video is in 12fps. That's a pretty big sign it's bad.

Other than that I think most action done by someone who with no sense of plot and drama done by someone with no sense period generally suck.

The only person who has no business making AMVs is the person who refuses to even *try* to make them good. The rest of us are probably still just learning.

That or the person who steals someone else's video (or a chunk of it, especially a large one) and puts it to different music and claims it's their own. In other words, anyone who is not willing to expend even a little effort on it.

When a single clip has the stop motion appearance, or when something that has been added in jumps position too much between frames. (been guilty of these before along with a lack of variety in the footage, these are the reasons I think my first AMV bombed so badly, determined to make up for it though)[/img]

I think I'll intentionally commit every single sin listed here in a future project. Just for the hell of it.

x2, actually...
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
