i had recently been thinking about it and it seems to me as if the ACROSS organization in excel saga really functions more like a terrorist cell. they carry out assasinations, deliver bombs, and even attempted to (nuke/ neutron bomb?) part of the city. I mean if excel wasn't so incompetent a lot more people than just koshi rikdo ( the original manga author) would have died.
Don't get me wrong i like excel saga, hell i even made a vid for it, but i do think that its food for thought.
