What is you favorite Anime Villian? *possible spoilers*

Post by In4ser » Mon Dec 06, 2004 11:56 pm

Mine are:
Favorite characters of all time:

*possible spoilers*

Ichimaru Gin (Bleach) - Damn I love/hate him, how his is pure evil. He has slanted eyes and always a constant creepy smile pretending to act innocent, and always acting in a sarcastic manner.

Dilandau (Escaflowne) - What can I say, he’s a psychopath, his laugh is very freaky. He a very interesting character as well, his past is a big plot twist.

Griffith (Berserk) - At first he's an atypical badass bishounen, however he betrayals every one of his friends who trust him the most, who came to help him in order to achieve his 'dream.'

You know...Vicious technically has no last name...Red Dragons was the name of the mafia faction he and Spike worked for

That said, my picks:

-Katsuhiko Jinnai -- El Hazard: The Magnificent World (Best...evil laugh...ever!)
-Quamzin Krashvera -- SDF Macross (For a violent drunkard, he's definitely a memorable villain)
-Korozo 'Iron Mask' Ronah -- Gundam F91 (Something to be said for a man who can think a person to death)
-Todd Guiness -- Aura Battler Dunbine (actually...as a villain it's debatable, since he starts to question his motives near the end...that aside, since he was fighting for the antagonist he still counts...Hell, I wound up feeling sorrier for him than Shou)
and
-Beck Gold -- The Big O (Reason: Act 18...nuff said)

There are others I could acknowledge...but since we're judging them both as villains and as characters (presumably) that will be sufficent

Definately Vicious from Cowboy Bebop...maybe more of a wronged man that went way too far.

Gargoyle from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water has a special place in my heart. Utterly rutheless from start to finish.

Darcia and Jagura from Wolf's Rain. The last couple of episodes from that series had me weeping openly from the evil that Darcia committed.

The Nu from Captain Herlock's Endless Odessey were pretty nasty too.

Seele (Eva) - Such an evil group, bent on controling humanity without it knowing. Yet such a cool, eccletic group of characters.

Garin (FMP) - Such a brilliant strategist and spy. Excellent at combat with an awesome mecha.

Boss Cat (Azumanga) - What more can I say? Its Boss Cat!

One of my favorites would be Nova from Magic Knight Rayearth.
