Its been a while since I have seen Fushigi Yuugi. I even saw the fan subs. I liked it a lot.

And from what I've read of translated summaries of the manga, the Eikou Den OAVs are nowhere near as good (I blame it on the somewhat rushed pace) as the original manga.

Wasn't Eikoden created by someone else? I didn't think Yu Watase wrote that storyline. I could be wrong though.
