My favorite seiyuu is Hayami Sho! He has a WONDERFUL voice, both as a seiyuu and as a singer - absolute ear candy!! I fell in love with the Zetsuai OST where he does the voice of Kojii Nanjo (tracks 3 and 9 in case you want to check these out!) He also does voice for MANY other anime and games as well, too many to list here but I will name a few.....
