the hair and hair-balls, eyes and ear all have "Gonzo" written all over it,
its the "star" on her hat with the "eye's" that make me wonder which series!!!

The oav had different animators. Look how different lina looks in the slayers tv series compared to how she looks in the Oavs with naga. Happens alot with oavs.

I think that first picture is of Dota from the Sorceror Hunters OVAs. I think in the first episode, Carrot has a lot of fantasies about the various girls in the series (Dota being one of them).
