That seems logical...valentine wrote:I watched Naruto all day, dreamed Naruto all night, and clocked my husband (closed fist) right in the chin while I was sleep-ninja-ing.

To be honest I have quite a few anime dreams myself, being a pieces I have a VERY active imagination and when you think about it, does it get any better than this: An anime dream man only comes to you at night, never ask for or takes your money, never makes a mess or leaves one, you don't have to cook for them, you can have a different one every night and you won't have to hear about it, they are gone in the morning so you don't have that awkward morning after phone number routine, nobody sees them coming in or out through the backdoor so it is perfectly discrete! No need to worry about disease or condoms, and the best part... you can do things in anime and dreams that would not be possible in "real" life!!
wink, wink, nudge, nudge, know what I mean...
Happy bishonen dreams!!
*note: insert women if you like and think about it, works both ways ya know!

"Light in the absence of eyes illuminates nothing. Visible forms are not inherent in the world but are granted by the act of seeing. Events contain no meaning in themselves only the meaning that the mind imposes on them...yet the world endures,...whether or not the mind exists..."

Wow, tonight I had one of the most unusual dreams in a long time.
It's not actually directly anime-related, more so with my Japanese classes, but you can probably tell anime had something to do with it (otherwise, no, it played out 'live action' style).
***
I dreamed I was a Japanese girl.
Um... yea.
Actually, I don't know what this is all about, but it was an incredibly believeable experience.
I'm guessing I was a girl about the same age as I am now, also a college student. I came home slightly late, just in time before my English tutor showed up, and my mother was a bit mad at me. So, then the guy (American, I guess) showed up, we went to the living room, and I had to read something out loud in English - and I was absolutely TERRIBLE, or so I thought - unintentionally terrible, at that (I LITERALLY didn't understand half the words, as if I've never seen them before). My Japanese, on the other hand, was not only convincing but I even used all the typically-female manners of speaking that I worked so hard in class to learn to avoid!
Anyways, after a particularly difficult sentence in English where I totally got stumped, I accidentally slipped some (Japanese) expression which (I thought) was less formal than it ought to have been, which made me all the more embarassed even though the guy obviously didn't notice (his Japanese was only slightly better than my English). So, after a couple of pages reading I felt totally humiliated, but the guy was all (sincerely, it seems) happy and congratulatory.
Then I woke up.
But anyways, I thought that dream was fascinating. I don't recall having another dream, at least in a long time, where I was someone other than myself.
One conclusion I drew - whether I were a 6'4" Northern European dude as I am now, or a (we must assume) much shorter Japanese girl...
...I still act like a total hazukashigariya

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I had anime dreams but I can only remember one, because it stood out in my mind for about five days afterward. Anyway, this was when I was first getting into anime, and I started by watching Sailor Moon. Well, I dreamed I was *actually* Sailor Moon, but not as ditzy nor as whiny...and I was somehow sucked into a video game and to defeat the enemy, I had to get one of my friends to play the game with me, the Sailor Scout, as the main character. Course, my dad woke me up for school and I ended up hitting him with my stuffed panda bear...but that's another story.
Humanity confuses me, Chaos rules over all, and yes dang it I am a Hellenistic Paganist so get over it!

Anime dreams are not uncommon!
They are very real. My dream had the Darkstalkers in it. :D
----Dream----------
(Fighting against Pyron)
I was wounded by a cheap attack by Pyron. Just as he was going to kill me, Felicia and the other Darkstalkers appear. With my renewed strength, I used one final burst of power and kicked his ASS!
However, just as Felicia runs towards me to "congradulate me.... I WAKE UP!
Reality can really suck.
