Not Sure,Pls Help [Regarding uploading]

ah...i'm not even sure if tis is suppose to be posted in tis category.anyway,how do i use a FTP or watsoever that thing is to upload my AMV that i created?i always c the download button or something else but i do not noe how to upload

can somebody recommand me a FTP n teach me how to upload?

Please read the guides, the Site Help forum, various stickies, use full words in place of single letters, and use the 'Search' function at the top of the page. This question has been asked (and answered) far too many times for you to have to ask it again, and you will become a better person if you learn to find answers for yourself instead of automatically asking others =P
